Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of screen enclosure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution, including scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address any issues or obstacles, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide regular project updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings and conferences.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and emails, directing them to the appropriate individuals and providing necessary information as required.
